Client Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Client Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead business growth initiatives for Snypar Technologies — identifying, acquiring, and growing client relationships across software development, AI solutions, enterprise technology services, digital transformation, cloud consulting, staffing engagements, and strategic partnerships.
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and geographies
- Build and nurture relationships with enterprise decision-makers, technology leaders, procurement teams, founders, and business stakeholders
- Generate qualified opportunities across Custom Software Development, AI & Generative AI Solutions, Enterprise Applications, SAP Consulting & Integrations, Cloud & DevOps Services, Digital Transformation Initiatives, IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Offshore Development Teams, and Managed Technology Services
- Develop strategic account plans and growth strategies for target clients
- Drive revenue growth through project-based engagements, consulting services, staffing solutions, and long-term partnerships
Strategic Partnerships
- Establish and manage relationships with Consulting Firms, System Integrators, Technology Partners, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Staffing Vendors, Recruitment Agencies, and Channel Partners
- Identify partnership opportunities that create recurring business and market expansion
Sales & Opportunity Management
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through closure
- Conduct discovery meetings and client consultations to understand business challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to define appropriate solutions and prepare proposals, commercial models, statements of work, and presentations
- Lead contract discussions, negotiations, and deal closure activities
- Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Track and report business development activities, revenue forecasts, and growth metrics
Market Development
- Represent Snypar Technologies at industry events, conferences, networking forums, webinars, and client meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Identify new industries, markets, and service opportunities aligned with company growth objectives
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, strategic partnerships, business development, or revenue generation within IT Services, Software Engineering Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation Services, IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation, or Managed Services
- Proven track record of generating and closing business opportunities
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Strong network of enterprise clients, technology decision-makers, hiring managers, procurement teams, consulting partners, or staffing organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate business requirements into value-driven proposals
- Experience with CRM platforms, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships within enterprise technology, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or SaaS sectors
- Experience selling AI, cloud, software engineering, SAP, enterprise applications, or consulting services
- Experience working with clients across the USA, UK, Middle East, Europe, or APAC regions
- Familiarity with offshore delivery models, managed services, and staff augmentation engagements
- Experience developing strategic alliances and channel partnerships

Compensation
Fixed salary is commensurate with experience, market standards, and previous compensation. Variable incentives are structured on client acquisition — based on the value and volume of clients and partnerships brought in.
